Thank you for letting me know about this. I did a quick test and you are right. I don't know how I could have missed this, but I promise I will fix it in the next update! If you want to buy the program and this is important to you I think I can make a special version for you. (Or, you can do like this: take your "add counter" settings and make a preset of it. If stored in a preset, the running counter will actually work!)
