Subject: Shell Integration Help

Hmm... This can be quite tricky to solve. Try this:

Turn shell ext off in Flash Renamer. Then uninstall the program. Open
"c:\Windows\System32" and make sure that these files are removed by the
uninstalled: "FlashRenHelper.dll" and "shlctxmnu.tlb".

Restart and try to reinstall. If it still does not work, then uninstall
again and open regedit and search for "FlashRenHelper" and remove all GUID
"folders" and other references you find...

Do you have any idea of why this happened?
