If there is only a small number of words like this you can use the exceptions options in the case convert function.

Because FlashRenamer can't do this, I'm tempted to switch to another Flash Renamerr...
Include the ability to capitalize ONLY the first letter of a word.
For example I want to rename "thinkDVD" into "ThinkDVD"
Your capitalize words feature does capitalize the first letter, but it turns every other letter in the word into small letters. It basically turns "thinkDVD" into "Thinkdvd"
Just add a check button beside "Capitalize words" called "retain remaining case"
